High Mileage F-350

Service Manager Rob Hall reports a special F-350 was recently in for service.  This vehicle is a 2002 model year. The mileage is the interesting point: the F-350 has clocked 822,000 miles in 8 years!  At over a 100,000 miles a year, it must be close to some record.  The owner reports it runs strong!

Subaru Parking lamps stay on?

Subaru customers will call in saying their parking lights are staying on after the key is shut off.  Some models had a rocker switch on top of the steering column which allowed you to activate the parking lights when the key was off.  This was made available for warning on coming drivers of a car parked near the edge of the road at night.  It was easy to turn this switch on accidently if you…
